Demineralised water with maximum ease
The SILEX 11 is a compact, space-saving mixed-bed system ideal for laboratories, dental clinics, and institutions with medium flow of demineralised water requirements. It delivers up to 4 litres per minute with conductivity below 0.2 μS/cm.
Mixed-bed vessel system with off-site regeneration
The SILEX 11 mixed-bed unit features a stainless steel tank with mixed-bed ion exchange filling, an operating panel, and a conductivity meter. When the mixed-bed resins is exhausted, the entire vessel is returned to your local Grundfos regeneration centre. We handle the regeneration process, eliminating the need for on-site chemical handling. You simply replace the used vessel with a freshly regenerated one - safe and hassle-free.
Effortless vessel replacement
When the conductivity is too high for the application, or the ion exchangers are exhausted, the vessel must be replaced in a few easy steps:
- Disconnect the vessel.
- Return the exhausted vessel to your local Grundfos regeneration centre.
- Insert a new regenerated vessel.
- Open valves and get access to demineralised water.
Get high quality water for lab tests
Equipment used for examination can be sterilized in an autoclave. Demineralised water is required for proper function and a hygienic result.
Get high quality water for lab tests
Demineralised water is a necessary tool for laboratory applications and testing. The water is almost free of all dissolved minerals and the conductivity can be less than 0.2 µS/cm.
Demineralised water for schools
When teaching chemistry, many experiments involve using demineralised water. SILEX gives easy access to demineralised water - without chemical handling by the personnel.
