The DCMH is a high-capacity single-tank dealkaliser designed for medium and large boiler or process systems that require reliable bicarbonate removal. Combining a robust construction and an automatic five cycle valve system, the DCMH delivers stable water quality with reduced alkalinity.

Engineered for dependable, high-flow operation, the DCMH combines durable materials, proven valve technology and intelligent control. DCMH includes one or two resin tanks, PVC pipe system, pulse water meter and control unit. Two-tank plants can be supplied skidmounted.
Flue gas condensate treatment at waste incineration plant
The flue gas condensate from a waste-to-energy (WtE) plant is treated by water treatment technologies from Grundfos. The produced flue gas condensate is waste water that is contaminated with heavy metals and organic pollutants. Several treatment steps are required in order to release the purified water to recipient.
The DCMH water treatment plant delivers a flow of 3.3 m³/h, and the pipe system is customized in polypropylene (PP), suited for the demanding environment of flue gas condensate treatment.
