How to get started using Grundfos Utility Connect
To get started, you will need a Grundfos communication interface module (CIM) and an on-site device. The CIM operates as a bridge, with a secure X.509 cryptography related to ISO/IEC 9594-8:2020 standard, between the Grundfos Utility Connect platform and your on-site device. The on-site device can be a Grundfos e-product or an additional I/O module for separate digital and analogue in- and outputs.
