Turn-key water treatment solution for Ukrainian dairy
To support the launch of new dairy products, BIAGR Dairy undertook a complete reconstruction and implemented a comprehensive water management solution. Raw water from six wells was treated using pressure filters with aeration and membrane filtration units RO C3, producing 50 m³ of demineralised water per hour. Advanced Grundfos SP pumps with CUE frequency converters ensured efficient distribution, eliminating holding tanks and minimising microbiological risks. The treated water supplied filtered drinking water, demineralised process water, and make-up water for steam boilers.
