Release Note - June 2025
Starting June 27, 2025, the mobile experience in Grundfos Connect will be improved with an updated bottom navigation bar, a better back button, full-screen map view, and easier access to folder/device details via the “More” button. Horizontal phone view is still needed to see the full platform.
Additionally, a new Release Notes tab in the Support section will keep you informed of major updates with local-language notifications. A Learning Portal with how-to guides and resources will also be introduced soon.

We’re excited to share the latest updates for Grundfos Connect, including improved customization options for font and background colors in application pictures, making visibility issues easier to manage. Mapbox has been enhanced with clearer cluster visuals, redesigned tooltips showing more relevant metrics, and better identification of disconnected installations. A new conditional formatting feature lets users customize dashboard tile font colors based on metric values, improving clarity and usability.
Minor widget improvements and bug fixes are also included.

This month’s updates make managing your system smoother and more reliable. You can now replace gateways without losing historical data, adjust Modbus RTU settings with ease, and benefit from clearer LC241 alerts. We've also improved IO board error handling, enhanced audit logs and user roles, and made terminal names more intuitive for better tracking.

Release Note - January 2025
In the latest Grundfos Connect release, we have introduced several new features to enhance your experience. You can now rename devices and view signal strength and firmware update requirements in the Device List, with network quality supported by specific firmware versions.
The new Overview feature includes a default tab with controller-specific widgets, and you can add custom Overviews. Additionally, a new button on the remote control tab allows users to Reset Alarm remotely for certain controllers.
