Grundfos SCALA1 is an all-in-one water pressure and irrigation booster pump, available to buy now from your nearest distributor for domestic water supply and light commercial applications.
SCALA1 is available in multiple sizes for the home and garden. It can pump from a roof, break or ground tank, shallow wells to 8m, or mains water. The quiet, high-efficiency motor is cooled by the pumped liquid. If greater flow is required, this is easily done in a twin pump setup.
Installation and commissioning is easy. With built-in Bluetooth, you have complete control using the Grundfos GO app. With optimised set-up according to how the pump will be used, you can unlock advanced settings, set up and configure twin pump operation, check alarm status and pump diagnostics, create and email reports on-site, and access your installations remotely.
We recommend SCALA1 for the following applications:
- Pressure boosting of mains water
- Pressure boosting of roof, break or ground tank water
- Water supply from shallow wells (8m / 26.2ft)
- Garden irrigation
- Water transfer
How to replace Grundfos MQ with SCALA1
You can easily replace Grundfos MQ with SCALA1 using the MQ Flexible Replacement Hose kit (Accessory: 99891647). The Replacement Kit provides a safe and taint free conveyance of potable water supplies in positive inlet pressure applications. For this replacement a minimum amount of tools is required. All you need is wrenches, a screwdriver and the Replacement Kit.
